Modern Workshop Ice Cream Dress

6 Apr

Can a girl have too many Ice Cream Dresses? Not if this is one of her mama’s favorite sewing patterns.

Using the leftover O&S Modern Workshop yardage from H.’s bear carrier, I made her a new Ice Cream Dress to add to her weekend wardrobe. [notice my daughter’s early morning bed head in these photos].

I covered a button with the Roundabout Dots print for the back button.

Since I didn’t have enough Modern Workshop fabric left, I used a pink filigree print from Anna Maria Horner’s Good Folks line for the facing yoke and facing hem.

Beautiful! The floral is my favorite print from the collection and is so sweet on your daughter. I love seeing what you put together. It’s always just right! Bet she loves this one- comfy and girly.
