J has some new fall/winter duds. I made him a new pair Sandbox pants for the Oliver and S fall/winter collection and knit him another Cabled Ear Flap hat.
I did find one error in the Sandbox Pants pattern. It says to cut two peices for the waistband which I did. It was way too long, so I ended up only using one of the two cut pieces.

I made the pants in size 18-24 months. As you can see, they are still pretty big on him. I may make him another pair in 12-18 months.
The buttons are vintage from a huge collection my husband’s grandmother gave me this weekend.

Using some left over yarn from the Cozy Tank Top and from the Smocked Coat I made for H, I made yet another Cabled Ear Flap hat for J. This has to be my favorite hat pattern for babies. Plus, it has ties to keep it on–a must for this little guy. I think that is some leftover breakfast on the side of his face.

The pants are super cute and so is the hat. What is the largest size that that hat pattern comes in? Do you have a good knit hat pattern that you like for Hazel?

Hazel has this hat too. The largest size fit her last winter. I have to pull it out to see if it still fits her. I may make her another fruit hat since she out grew that one. Do you have any cute hat patterns for Katie?
