Sign up now for an Oliver and S sewing workshop

18 Aug

Do you live in the Boston area and have you been wanting to try our an Oliver and S pattern? Well, now is your chance! Sorry for the shameless promotion, but I am teaching an Oliver and S sewing workshop at the Stitch House in September.

During our two class sessions, I’ll be walking you though how to sew either the Ice Cream Dress or the Sailboat Top and Pants (or Skirt). The workshop will be September 11th and 18th from 10-1. It hasn’t been listed on the Stitch House website as of yet, so consider yourselves the first to know! Please call the Stitch House to for further details and to sign up. Seating is limited.  Hopefully, I’ll get to finally meet some of my readers in person!

UPDATE: the workshop fee is $60, plus materials.  Please come to class with your fabric washed, pattern pieces and fabric cut out, so we can get started sewing right away!

If you haven’t had a chance to see the Oliver and S trunk show at the Stitch House, be sure to check it out before it leaves on August 22nd.  You can catch a glimpse of some of my handiwork in person as well as pick up some O & S patterns and fabulous Amy Butler fabric.
