Ballerina Bunny Finished

20 Nov

After working on this project periodically over the past2 months, I finally finished the
Ballerina Bunny from Lucinda Guy’s And so to Bed. This one is for my niece, but I am planning to make one for Hazel too. I made the mistake of showing it to Hazel, and I had the hardest time getting it back from her.

I think the hardest part of this project was all the finishing that had to be done. The little pads for the hands, feet, and nose were crocheted and then sewn on. Crocheting 5 little pads with a tiny crochet hook was a challenge.

Yarn for bunny: Rowan and Jaeger 4 ply cotton

Yarn for ballerina outfit: Rowan Classic Cashsoft DK

Yarn for eyes and whiskers: left over Rowan 4 ply soft (Merino wool)
