I finished my first knitting project of 2009. The Cherish shrug from Kim Hargreaves’ Heartfelt collection was a nice quick knit to kick off the new year. I used every bit of the 4 balls of black Rowan Big Wool to finish the pattern. I made the body of the sweater in a size small and the sleeves in an extra small. It is perfect for the cold winter weather!
